Blackstone Merlot ~ California ~ A rich, yet elegant merlot with supple oak flavors and firm tannins, very well balanced.

The Show Cabernet ~ California ~ A dark fruit profile, with a complex structure that assures easy drinkability; hints of blackberries and plums.

Clay Station Red Zinfandel ~ Australia ~ Bold, fruit-driven with ripe blueberry, blackberry, cherry and hints of chocolate, vanilla and toasty oats.

Wishing Tree Shiraz ~ Australia ~ Bright, fresh, tart red cherry flavors with some sharp pepper in the middle and a pucker finish.

Mark West Pinot Noir ~ France ~ Concentrated with red and black cherry flavors abound with a note of spice from oak aging.

Barricas Malbec ~ Argentina  ~ Well- rounded, medium- bodied with mulberry and black cherry aromas and hints of violets and vanilla.

Salmon Creek Chardonnay ~ California ~ Easy drinking, smooth with tropical fruit aromas and very subtle oak tones.

Tiziano Pinot Grigio ~ Italy ~ Easy going taste, crisp and refreshing with citrus fruit flavors.

Red Cliff Sauvignon Blanc~ New Zealand ~ Zesty, vibrant with the flavors of passion fruit and melon.

Butterfield Creek Chardonnay ~ California  ~ Soft, ripe and refreshing, always a crowd pleaser.

Château Grand Traverse Riesling ~ Luscious and sweet with flavors of apricot, melon, honey, and pear.

Bower Harbor Chardonnay Tabor Hill Semi-Dry ~ Notes of pear with a mineral backbone; clean, crisp with slight taste of grapefruit on finish.

Tabor Hill Semi-Dry ~ Soft, fruity with hint of sweetness and a hint of tannin.

Sparkling
Sparani Asti ~ Italy ~ Clean and zesty with hints of tangerine and peel, honeysuckle, vanilla, creamery butter and honey.

What's your pleasure? The Shed pours nine draft beers, ales and stouts and scores of bottled brews from around the globe.

    Scotch? The Shed stocks eleven single malts with hand-picked selections from Spryside, Central and Western Highlands, Lowlands, Isle of Skye and Islay.

    Other Shed specialties include the worlds's best martini (we keep the gin in the freezer), our own Sangria, a super Bloody Mary and a well balanced wine list. Our bartenders pride themselves on knowing a vast array of mixed drinks, but always welcome the challenge of a new and different request.

SINGLE MALTS

Lagavulin – aged 16 years. A distinctive and powerful Islay malt, deeply smoky and peaty with a velvety, complex finish.

Glenkinchie – aged 10 years. A soft, sweetly aromatic malt, balancing a fresh grassy sweetness  with a warming, dryish finish.

Dalwhinnie – aged 15 years.  A subtle, smooth, and delicately smoky with a heathery honey finish.

Cragganmore – aged 12 years. Astonishingly fragrant with sweetish notes and a smoky maltiness on the finish.

Oban -  aged 14 years.  A rich and full-bodied malt with a mellow, fruity sweetness.

Talisker – aged 10 years. Is sea-weedy, smoky nose and sweet maltiness is perfectly complemented by its long spicy finish.

Macallan – aged 12 years. Exclusively  matured in selected sherry oak casks.

Bowmore – aged 12 years. A wonderfully rich scotch whiskey with complex flavors.

Highland Park – aged 12 years. A unique balance of smokiness and heather-honey sweetness.

Glenfarclas – aged 12 years. A fairly light bodied, slightly peppery scotch whiskey.

Tamdhu – aged 12 years. An exquisite earthy, peaty scotch whiskey.
